- Convenient smartphone control: With the app, you can effortlessly set up the hearing aids yourself and have control over volume, sound balance (tone), and directionality. The app establishes a reliable connection to your smartphone via acoustic link and Bluetooth* technology.
*Please note that Bluetooth connectivity and certain features may not be available for the CRE-C10 model.
